In my last post, I explained the value of responding to online reviews, specifically travel reviews. Today, I want to walk you through the easy steps to register your business on Trip Advisor. Once you’re registered you’ll be on your way to managing reviews and your business’ online reputation.
1. Go to tripadvisor.com/Owners and register/claim your business.
2. Select your business type in the middle of the page.
3. Type your business name and city into the search field.
4. Choose “Register my business.”
5. Choose from the “Management Center” which task you would like to perform.
6. Click “Manage your reviews” to be able to read and respond to reviews.
