What’s a MGR? Well if you were one of Lawrence & Schiller’s internship applicants this year, you may be all too familiar with what that stands for. Lawrence & Schiller’s 1st Annual MGR – Meet-Greet-Repeat – is process, similar to speed dating where applicants only had a few short minutes to meet with people from our team before moving on to the next interview.
This was a great way to meet so many applicants in a single afternoon and be able to put a face with their work, but let’s hear what a few of the applicants thought about this unique interview process:
This past Friday was a blazing success and with so many bright, creative and hardworking students, we can already tell that finding our summer interns is going to be a difficult task.
